Triptych, at the heart of Melbourne’s arts precinct, offers 157 spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments and seven penthouses with views over the Royal Botanic Gardens or the city. Each apartment has an entry lobby with a lockable ironwork door designed by Melbourne artist Robert Owen that continues his leaf DNA theme on the outside of the building. The apartments have natural ventilation through openable windows and atrium spaces. Control of the outside airflow is manual and at the residents’ discretion. Each apartment is also independently air-conditioned.
